Over the past four years, I've been sitting on the other side of the hiring table, recruiting for Northvolt. I joined during a period of explosive growth when the company was recognised as one of Europe's fastest-growing scale-ups. Joining at around the 1200-employee mark, I helped scale Northvolt to 6500 employees. During this time, I conducted over 2800 interviews, selected candidates from pools of over 800 applicants, and trained numerous hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques. This experience, combined with my own job application journey, gives me unparalleled insight into what makes an applicant stand out.
